Mid-Century Restoration

This 1958 mid-century home in Tarrytown had been through several renovations that obscured its original character. Our approach was archaeological: carefully peeling back layers to restore the clean lines, open flow, and indoor-outdoor connection that defined the era. We sourced period-correct furnishings from estate sales across Texas: a Knoll sofa, Eames lounge, and Nelson bench. Custom walnut built-ins echo the original cabinetry, and a curated collection of mid-century art and ceramics completes the story.
